All subscription boxes are sent on the 8th of every month. We ship from Brisbane’s so this will depend on how far you live from us.

Cancelling is as easy as emailing help@psychosquared.com.au or use the contact form below asking to cancel your subscription.

Make sure to include the following:

Email

Account number

the last order number from your previous box

We want to me it as easy as possible for you. Make sure you cancel 6 days before your next billing date as agree in the T&C’s. We will send a reminder email that a payment is coming out in 7 days. This will be your last chance to cancel that month subscription. As long as you send a cancelation request before the months deadline then you will not be charged.

If there is missing or broken items in your box please email us so we can help you.

Please go to our courier partners site: https://try.sendle.com/tracking and type in you sendle tracking code which should of been emailed to you on the 8th of the month.

This means at the end of your subscription term you won’t need to worry about buying the game again. You will be automatically charged unless you cancelled 7 days before the billing date.

Once your box arrives, gather yourself and anyone your playing with and dive in. Open up your box and start by reading our quick and simple game rules.

Follow our directional cards and they will provide order to the puzzles and stories.

Each game has a different objective but they will all lead to collecting numbers along the way which opening a lock box a prizes.

If you get stuck there are hints and investigation advice to help you along the way.

Psycho² games are a one off experience. This is why we make sure we put huge amounts of effort and time creating a unique experience with every time.

It takes between 75 minutes to 2 hours to complete a box.

The details in our cases have been fictionalised. Although, we do use some reference from real cases to further give you a closer look and feel into the horrors of these crimes. However, we want to make sure we glorify the law enforcement and their tactics in solving cases, which is what our games are based upon.

Furthermore, we donate a portion of our proceeds to crime stoppers. We as a company want to aid actively preventing further crime in our communities.
